Where we ship from and when

We ship from our warehouse in Shizuoka, Japan, within 5 days of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email when it leaves us.

Shipping within Japan

Orders of ¥10,000 and over: free
Under ¥10,000: ¥210–¥960 (depending on the items and quantity)

Hokkaido: ¥4,000 from ¥6,001 / ¥210–¥420 up to ¥6,000
Okinawa: ¥5,000 from ¥6,001 / ¥420 up to ¥6,000

International shipping

$25–$70, depending on the destination and on what and how much you order.

Asia is the lowest; South America, Africa and other regions are the highest. Orders containing only small items use a lightweight-parcel rate.

Delivery times

Japan: 1–3 days
Asia: 5–10 days
North America and Europe: 7–14 days
South America, Africa and elsewhere: 10–21 days

These are estimates from dispatch. Customs and weather can shift them either way.

Carriers

We ship internationally via EMS (Japan Post) and partner carriers. Within Japan we use a courier or the postal service.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may attract customs duties and import taxes under the rules of the destination country. These are paid by the customer; we cannot cover or refund them. Amounts vary by country and order value, so please check with your local customs office beforehand.

If a parcel is returned to us because duties were refused, we refund the order minus outbound and return shipping and any handling fees.

Your address

An incorrect delivery address can mean the parcel never arrives or comes back to us. Please check it before ordering. We cannot change the address after dispatch.
